By doing so, you can help us to uncover and remedy violations and abuses and protect our company and our entire environment. 

Via this digital reporting portal of our whistleblower system, you - whether you are a customer, employee or business partner - can report suspected violations and actual criminal offenses in a protected manner. The report can be made using your name or completely anonymously - you are protected in both cases. It is not possible to trace the report back to you unless you provide data that could be used to identify you. Even if you provide your name, your identity will only be disclosed and information passed on to our company if you expressly agree to this.

The following reporting form will guide you through the process. After your report, a protected mailbox will be set up for you, through which an anonymous dialog is possible. You will immediately receive confirmation of receipt and notification of how your report has been investigated.

Your information will be forwarded exclusively to our Compliance department, where it will be processed. They are bound to secrecy and will treat your information with absolute confidentiality. Whistleblowers who provide information in good faith will not be disadvantaged in any way.

Attention: This system must not be misused to deliberately provide false or deamatory information. 

* Business partners are all legal or natural persons with whom the Marquardt Group maintains business relationships, such as customers and suppliers.
