外部报告办公室

The Whistleblower Protection Act gives persons who intend to make a report the right to choose whether to contact an internal company reporting office or an external federal or state reporting office.

However, the Whistleblower Protection Act also stipulates that reports to an internal office should be preferred if this can be used to take effective action against the violation and whistleblowers do not have to fear reprisals (Section 7 (1) HinSchG).

We follow up on all relevant reports received via our internal reporting office and are expressly committed to protecting all whistleblowers from reprisals.

External federal reporting offices are currently set up

  • at the Federal Office of Justice
  • the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority and
  • the Federal Cartel Office.

All information on the responsibilities of the external reporting offices and how to contact them can be found on the website of the Federal Office of Justice:
